USE
To provide access into roof space which is also fire intergrity rated.
Description
With a downward opening door supported on a full-width hinge, the Type PC lofthatch has a two hour (Cavi 120) fire intergrity rating. The steel surround and steel door are finished in white and do not require painting. Models incorporate resi-seal draught strips and an intergral turn catch to secure the door in the closed position.
